1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sentilink's AI consulting services and lead generation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Sentilink provides AI technology consulting services including:

  • AI-driven event planning consultation and implementation
  • Operations optimization through artificial intelligence
  • Strategic AI implementation planning and execution
  • Lead generation services across multiple advertising channels
  • Business process automation consulting

3. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with the following terms:

  • Leads are qualified based on predetermined criteria agreed upon with the client
  • Pricing varies by advertising channel: Social Media ($45), Search Advertising ($65), Premium B2B ($85)
  • Lead delivery timeframes range from 12-48 hours depending on service tier
  • All leads are verified for accuracy and qualification before delivery
  • Refunds or replacements may be provided for leads that do not meet agreed qualification criteria

4. AI Consulting Services

Our AI consulting services include strategic planning, implementation support, and ongoing optimization. Clients acknowledge that:

  • AI implementations require time and may not produce immediate results
  • Success depends on client cooperation and data quality
  • We provide recommendations based on industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • Intellectual property developed during consulting remains with the respective parties as agreed in individual contracts

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during the consultation process
  • Timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Proper use of leads in accordance with privacy laws and regulations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during consulting

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Lead generation services are billed monthly in arrears
  • Consulting services may be billed according to project milestones or monthly retainer
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
  • Services may be suspended for accounts more than 60 days past due

7. Limitation of Liability

Sentilink's liability is limited as follows:

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by client in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • AI consulting recommendations are provided as guidance and do not guarantee specific business outcomes
  • Lead generation services do not guarantee conversion rates or sales results

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting client and lead data:

  • All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Lead data is obtained through legitimate advertising channels
  • Client data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent
  • Data retention policies are outlined in our Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are protected as follows:

  • Sentilink retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and tools
  • Client retains ownership of their business data and processes
  • Custom solutions developed may have shared ownership as agreed in individual contracts
  • Neither party may use the other's trademarks without written permission

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediately for material breach of contract
  • Upon completion of project-based consulting engagements
  • Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas.
